Please recommend a good book (single stage)?
I like books with unique stories: Prev. Books that I liked I liked * Lord of the Flies, he was very analytical of human nature. * I like animals Livestock and stories for children because it was metaphorical and political but the story was strange. Teacher talking animals Communist? * I just bought Coma by Alex Garland. He wakes from a coma long reset, but passing strange blips and the memory of things … then you will not know whether the character is or not in a coma. * After reading a book (The Divine) when the baby refuses to be born. This should give you something about my interests, but not limited to that. I like Science Fiction, self-help books or Harlequin Romance Drama nice guy and I'm in the mood for horror. I have 27 years. Just look for something that has intrigued the last time and may intrigue me. Thanks:)
It seems that books like dealing with the darker side of human nature, but intelligent. Chuck Pahlaniuk books do a good job of that. However, be aware that it can be extreme in some respects violent conduct, disturbing, drugs, etc. However, if you can solve this problem, is a case of good books. I suggest you start with "Choke" I've found to be the mainstream. If you wish, "Invisible Monsters" and "Survivor" are also good. Chuck is the most known as the author of "Fight Club", which is an excellent book. However, if you saw the movie and hate … then I suggest you stay away from books Chuck. Are also some "horror" books, although not in the usual sense of horror, so if you like his other books, do not allow claims the "horror" to scare you. "Diary" is supposed to be horror, but I have not really seen why. "Lullaby" is clearly the horror and I (personally) find the book more difficult in the stomach, despite an interesting history. "Haunted" is, of course, the horror. If you are looking for something more light, some books by Michael Crighten could appeal. It is not surprising as the coma, but a good job of writing "pop" stories about some issues interesting. Some are inclined to Sci Fi, said he does not like. However, his books tend to be "pop" enough to break the traditional model found on Sci Fi. Terminal Man is one of his first book and has some similarities to Eat, if you can pass the science fiction aspect.
