BWW Amway Quixtar IBO – What’s the biggest challenge to recruit and maintain new distributors ?

Amway MLM is an household name in America nowadays.Quixtar was department of Amway in the USA market .In 1999 the eCommerce model evolved and this company was called Quixtar, now again renamed in 2009 to Amway Global.Thanks to Amway for giving birth to the Network Marketing Industry and winning several court cases.This has lead the the growth of several 1000 MLM companies in the last few decades.

“So why was it so hard to recruit and retain people in BWW Amway Global ?”

Yes ,old school marketing methods were very productive and accepted in the 1970’s.However the same marketing methods are outdated in today’s fast paced technology driven world.As more and more new MLM companies are launched there are not many people to go around each time .So the same people get pitched about a different company each and every time and all they can relate back is to Amway.New distributors get so obsessed that they push people to take a look at their business without even caring to really know if they are even wide open to looking at a business .Friends and family are pitched over and over again.This has a created a lot of shame around this trade and new prospects just do not want to market like the BWW Amway Distributor or any other company rep who is marketing to them.

Gone are the days when you actually had the time to develop friendships with people and then slowly evolve them into business partners.Today Old School marketing distributors are more like Robots, looking for a prey who comes within 3 feet of its range.Fear of approaching strangers is one of the biggest fears new distributors have.Some reps are like ’stalkers’. This along with some of the old pessimism is in my opinion, why its more difficult to recruit in BWW Amway Global mlm business.

Pitching people blindly on a company is a fast way to get drained out. However there is a better way to recruit or sell in Amway Global which is called value based marketing or attraction marketing ,where you find your prospect’s need or challenge and offer a answer, like for ex., for home business prospects you offer is a solution to showing them how to get more leads/prospects online and make more money which is what home business people are looking for .In this way you will gain their trust as a person who is holding the answer to their challenge and your prospect will be more interested to find out what you do. This puts you in a top position to direct your prospects to what you promote .Your first target market would be people who are already in some sort of mlm or are still looking to join a newer mlm.These prospects are more entrepreneurial and ready for action.This way there is more retention less baby sitting and more producers.

This market is wiping out the weak and misinformed at a very rapid rate.Companies like BWW Quixtar Amway must change their marketing strategies and additionally adapt online marketing as there is millions of possible prospects and “Insane Amounts of Money being earned Online”.The downside is possible high attrition and potential extinction.

In order to be able to easily recruit and keep people,a good awareness of how recruiting and retention in the online market works is necessary.
